When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, project type, budget range, desired timeline, business goals, current pain points, and additional notes. We may also process submission timestamps and limited technical information needed to secure and operate the form.

The inquiry form may allow you to select optional supporting files. Files are currently validated for type, size, and count, but their contents are not persisted or attached to inquiry emails. Do not submit confidential or sensitive materials until EMLIV Systems provides an approved secure transfer method.

We use inquiry information to:

• Evaluate prospective projects and operational requirements.
• Respond to inquiries and identify appropriate next steps.
• Prepare internal project, proposal, and planning records.
• Send inquiry confirmations and internal notifications.
• Detect spam, abuse, and security issues.
• Maintain reasonable business and communication records.

We use service providers to operate the website and inquiry workflow. These currently include Supabase for application and database infrastructure, Resend for transactional email delivery, Google Workspace for business email handling, and Vercel for website hosting. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices while supporting services used by EMLIV Systems.

EMLIV Systems does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support the website and our business operations, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect EMLIV Systems, its systems, or others.

Business inquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate an opportunity, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect our systems, and meet applicable legal or operational obligations. Retention may vary based on the status and nature of an inquiry.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect submitted information, including server-side validation, restricted privileged credentials, and database access controls. No electronic system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or legitimate business-record purposes.

We may revise this policy as the website and platform evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
